Please read this Panasonic KX-TGA470 installation manual prior to operating the unit and keep them for future reference. Use only the Panasonic AC adapter supplied PNLV226. The AC adaptor must remain connected at all times. (It is normal for the adapter to be warm during use.) Make sure that the wall and the method of fastening are strong enough to support the weight of the unit. To prevent serious injury and loss of life/property, read this section carefully before using the Panasonic KX-TGA470 to ensure the correct and safe operation of your Panasonic KX-TGA470. Fully insert the AC adaptor/plug into the outlet. If it does not, an electric shock may occur and/or excessive heat which could cause a fire. Regularly remove dust, etc. from the AC adaptor/power plug by pulling the power supply, and then wiping with a dry cloth.
